Greg Randazzo

Greg, one of the managing partners of Randazzo, Eschenburg & Associates, and a highly-respected and well-known certified public accountant, has been in accounting for over 30 years.  Along the way, Greg has developed a passion for his clients and in delivering the highest level of service of a local firm, personal attention, and breadth of knowledge that his clients would expect to receive from a national accounting firm.

Greg continues to work in the trenches with a variety of clients including real estate, construction, marinas, and professional services. He specializes in individual, partnership, corporate, trust, estate and gift taxation. Specifically, Greg prepares individual returns of executives with diversified investments, multiple K-1’s, which often produce complex multi-state taxation issues and significant tax planning.

Greg was graduated third in his class with a B.A. from Walsh College. While there, he was awarded the Walsh Board of Trustees Scholarship for Scholastic Achievement and was a member of the prestigious Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society.

Greg was issued his C.P.A. certificate and license in Michigan in 1983. Greg takes continuing education courses and seminars so he can better serve his clients.

Brian Eschenburg

After graduating from Walsh College in April 1983 and receiving his CPA certificate in January 1986, Brian worked 7 years at local CPA firms. Brian decided to go into business for himself in 1993 and has continued to do so since.

Brian’s focus has been primarily tax preparation and accounting for small businesses and individuals. He also specializing in the formation and structuring of businesses accounting procedures and practices.

Brian currently client base includes manufacturing, restaurants, and real estate clients.

Jeanette Randazzo

Jeanette has been working in a support role and in administration of the firm for ten years.  Jeanette has an abundance of experience operating bookkeeping systems and working in payroll and has assisted numerous clients in their QuickBooks setup and by processing their payroll.  Jeanette is also an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis for certain high net worth individuals and by doing so relieves the many daily pressures faced by these busy individuals by relieving them of some of their important day-to-day activities.

Jean Geist

Jean is an accounting and tax specialist for Randazzo, Eschenburg & Associates, PLLC. She has worked for Certified Public Accountants for 37 years. She works with various software programs including Quick Books, Peachtree , Creative Solutions, Ultra Tax and Tax Act. She assists clients with payroll taxes, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation as well as other software programs tasks and set up.

Jean’s client base is pharmaceutical, manufacturers, commercial and residential real estate entities, restaurants, retail and service entities. She specializes in individual , limited liabilities companies, partnerships, S corporations, corporations, and pension plans tax returns.
